We keep the process clear: the item must be in original condition, and WhatsApp is the fastest way to start the request.

The item must be safe, unused, and in its original condition. In this case, the customer covers delivery and exchange or return shipping fees.
Because body shapes differ, a selected size may not fit perfectly. This is normal, so exchange or return is available to keep the experience fair.
If there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was sent, the customer does not cover delivery, exchange, or return shipping fees.
Refunds are processed after reviewing the order condition, through mobile wallets or bank account, within 5 business days from receiving the returned order.

Delivery time depends on the courier route. Your address may be at the beginning or end of the route, so a fixed hour cannot be guaranteed.

If the order is cancelled after handoff to the shipping company, the customer covers shipping fees.
For the best experience, order contents cannot be split. If the order has multiple items, one item cannot be accepted while another is refused.
Receiving can be postponed once, up to 5 days. After that, the order may be cancelled automatically and shipping fees remain due.
Address changes are not available once the order is out for delivery. If a customer changes the address on receipt and delivery fails, shipping fees remain the customer responsibility.
Shipping fees cover the delivery service, not the result of trying the item, so they remain due whether the item is kept, exchanged, or returned.
